• To show training and test schedules
• To deliver study material and training resources
• To track test results and allow certificate downloads
• To improve app performance and functionality

3. Data Sharing:

We do not sell your data. Your data is only shared with HLFPPT administrators and training staff as needed.

4. Permissions Required:

• INTERNET: Needed to access the internet for API calls, images, videos, etc.
• READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Allows reading files (images, docs, etc.) from external storage (deprecated on Android 11+).
• WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Allows writing files to external storage (deprecated on Android 11+).
• READ_MEDIA_IMAGES: Grants read access to user images (Android 13+ replacement for READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE).
• CAMERA: Allows the app to access the device's camera.
• ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION: Provides high-accuracy location using GPS (used for attendance marking in this app).
• ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION: Provides approximate location (based on Wi-Fi or cell towers).
• ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION: Allows the app to access location even when running in the background (used for continuous location tracking).
• WAKE_LOCK: Keeps the device awake (e.g., for background tasks like downloads).
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Lets the app check if there’s an internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile).

5. Data Retention:

We retain your data only as long as needed to provide services. Contact us to request data deletion.
